Dial: the AI front desk for one-person trades

The problem: one-person trades can't answer the phone from a roof or a crawlspace. Missed calls become lost jobs, and evenings go to quotes and follow-ups.

I built Dial and set it up for a demo HVAC shop, Dry Heat Air Co. in Mesa, AZ.

For customers • An AI voice front desk that answers every call, asks the right questions and flags emergencies • Online booking in plain words. Dial suggests the likely fault and offers real arrival windows from the owner's schedule. Booked in about a minute. • A live job page, plus a My Visits account with every visit, quote and receipt • One tap to confirm "I'll be home" or accept a quote

For the owner • The whole day on one screen: what needs you, what the front desk handled, the route and time saved • Hold to talk after a job. The voice note becomes the receipt, the quote and follow-ups on day 2, 7 and 14. • Both sides update live, so there's no phone tag

Built with Lovable and Lovable Cloud, ElevenLabs for the voice agent and transcription, and Gemini to write up each job.

Try it: dial-frontdesk.lovable.app The customer side has a shared demo account, so you can tap around and watch the owner's side update live.

Here are some of the products and digital experiences I’ve been building: 1. 🗣️ MyTalkback — AI Speech & Language Companion MyTalkback is an AI-powered speech and language support platform designed for children aged 2–12 and the adults supporting them. The concept was inspired by a real family experience and explores how AI can make speech and language practice more engaging and accessible outside traditional therapy settings. The product concept includes features such as: AI-powered conversation practice Pronunciation support Child-friendly learning activities Progress tracking Homework and practice activities Parent/caregiver involvement Therapist-facing functionality Gamified progress and badges The goal is not to replace speech-language professionals, but to create a supportive companion that extends practice beyond the therapy room. 2. Hey! You Wellness — AI-Assisted Wellness Brand Experience I created the digital experience for Hey! You Wellness, a wellness and functional-food concept built around culturally relevant nutrition and preventive mental wellness. The website brings together: Functional food products African superfoods Nutrition education Brand storytelling Product experiences Wellness content Corporate/gifting concepts The project allowed me to explore how AI-assisted product development can be combined with nutrition knowledge, consumer psychology, branding and storytelling to create a digital experience around a physical product. 3. Jaain Labs — My AI Product-Building Lab Jaain Labs is the umbrella I use to explore and build technology products at the intersection of AI and real-world human needs. It represents my transition from simply experimenting with AI tools to thinking more like a product builder—identifying problems, developing product concepts, designing user experiences and using AI-assisted development tools to turn ideas into functional prototypes. Jemila Loves AI Jemila Loves AI is my personal AI learning and education platform. The idea is simple: make AI concepts easier to understand for people who don't come from technical backgrounds. Through the platform, I explore topics such as: Generative AI Prompt engineering APIs AI agents RAG Embeddings Vector databases AI product development Responsible AI Practical AI tools It reflects another part of my AI journey: learning in public and making technical concepts more accessible. 4. Little Voices — AI Product Challenge Little Voices is my latest AI product-building project, created as part of the Lovable Build for Small Business Challenge. The product explores how technology can help create a more supportive environment for children's voices, communication and development, while bringing together children, parents and professionals in one experience. This project has pushed me beyond simply creating a visually appealing website. I've been thinking about: user journeys → product architecture → authentication → dashboards → AI interactions → caregiver/therapist experiences → data → accessibility → real-world usability.

I'd test the therapist handoff in MyTalkback early. Can a therapist review what a child practiced, adjust the next activity, and give the caregiver a clear plan without collecting more child data than needed? That loop seems central to extending practice beyond sessions.
