I built Barid, a booking system for Karim, a solo AC technician in Beirut. Customers book in about a minute in Arabic, English or French, and only see days when Karim is already working in their area, which cuts his driving time. The AI reads a photo of the AC label so he brings the right parts. Reminders, deposit follow-ups and a power check before each visit run automatically, and if a building has no electricity, the slot is offered to the waitlist. Karim can also paste any WhatsApp message and the AI turns it into a reply with a ready booking link. The result is about 7 hours a week saved at summer volume.

I created a booking experience for a fictional solo automobile detailing business in Austin where the owner was losing time to back-and-forth booking messages.

Instead of:

Inquiry → questions → calendar checking → confirmation → reminder

Gloss turns it into:

Inquiry → availability → confirmed booking → automated follow-up.
