This automation was built on Make.com to streamline the entire appointment lifecycle for Brent Clinic from booking to rescheduling and cancellation with real-time synchronization across tools like Cal.com, Gmail, Groq, and Webhooks. • Booking Creation: Automatically creates a new appointment on Cal.com, generates or updates the customer record, and sends a confirmation email via Gmail. • Rescheduling: Detects existing appointments through Cal.com, updates the booking time, and syncs the changes to Airtable while notifying both the clinic and the customer. • Cancellation: Cancels the appointment on Cal.com, logs the cancellation details, & dispatches a confirmation email to the customer.
