I am excited to share the thorough process that I designed for Kajabi Contact Lifecycle Management on Notion!
My core principle: Contacts are not just emails. Every contact must belong to one clear lifecycle stage, and every automation must move them forward - intentionally!
In this work, you can see that all the stages, tags, and the marketing around them (i.e. the email sequences) are all mutually exclusive. There is no element for "everyone". On top of that, I designed a QA SOP for each of the phase of the project - from pre-launch, to the regular checkout after the launch.
