Project: From 0 to Production; HIPAA-Compliant Healthcare SaaS (90 Days) 🚀

📖 The Story

Pre-seed startup 🏥 needed an enterprise-grade B2B2C mental health platform; built, hardened, and deployed yesterday. As Senior Full-Stack Developer & Architect, I transformed their vision into a robust, scalable reality in just 4 months.

We adopted an innovative AI-Native "Vibe Coding" workflow using Claude Code. 🤖 While Claude accelerated code generation, I focused 50%+ of my time on architecture, multi-tenant database design, HIPAA hardening 🔒, and critical code review. The result: shipping 150+ commits at the speed of a team twice our size, without sacrificing quality or security.

We built a complex application featuring patient intake, personalization engines, B2B dashboards, and content delivery;all deployed on secure, automated cloud infrastructure. ☁️

Key Workstreams: - Engineering: React/TypeScript, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, Prisma 💻. - SaaS Architecture: Multi-tenant design with strict data isolation 🏢. - Security & Compliance: HIPAA compliant, encryption, audit logs, OWASP hardened 🛡️. - DevOps: AWS (RDS, S3, Lambda), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, staging/production deployments ⚙️. - AI Development: Expert oversight and refinement of Claude Code outputs 🦾.

Here is submission for the Envato × Contra Human by Design challenge.

I set out to answer a simple question: What happens when AI becomes part of an animator's creative process instead of replacing it?

I started out with Envato 3D assets, I used Envato's AI tools to explore ideas, generate concepts, test transitions, and build each scene one decision at a time. Every shot was refined through countless iterations until the visuals, sound, and pacing came together as a single story.

For me, this project isn't about what AI created.

It's about the creative choices that turned those generations into something meaningful.
