My recent build is a production customer-support agent for a small medical-services business: one LangChain tools agent in n8n, nine typed tools, four real channels (Telegram text + voice, Gmail with thread memory, webhook form, chat widget), Supabase audit rows per turn, and business rules enforced where they belong — inside the tools. I care about boring production details: onError: continueRegularOutput on external calls, escalation before the patient-facing reply, voice-in and voice-out parity on chatbots, and a test runbook you can actually run.
