Built centralized systems in Notion and Slack, with SOPs, checklists, and workflows to streamline operations. Helped improve the property experience, guest satisfaction, and overall efficiency of day-to-day management.
The system automatically evaluates new leads based on their intent, urgency, and project details, then classifies them as Hot, Warm, Cold, or Invalid. Qualified leads are followed up automatically, while replies are monitored so follow-ups stop once the lead responds. Important or unclear cases can be routed for human review.
