When I redesigned the Lisk wallet app, we didn't just change the colors. We looked at where users were getting stuck.
The Fix:
Simplified Onboarding: We cut the steps to create a wallet by half.
Human Language: We replaced complex crypto-jargon with plain English.
Mobile Parity: We made sure the mobile experience was just as powerful as the desktop one.
The Result: Retention shot up by 80% and we onboarded 589 new users in month one.
