Kevin — Accidental Hero 🥹😂
Kevin was just trying to ride through the city when a robbery, a flying purse, and one very unlucky cyclist turned him into an accidental hero.
He catches the stolen purse by pure chance, returns it to its owner, and has absolutely no idea why everyone is cheering for him. 😂
Created in CapCut Video Studio using Seedance 2.5 as a continuous one-take AI film.
Workflow: Created the character and environment references first, then used them as locked assets in Seedance 2.5 to generate the continuous cinematic sequence.

I decided to create my 2nd take on this competition about Quintes... The project where I'm bullish as an ambassador. They've been quiet for some time, but "people lie; numbers don't!"
Creating this was much simpler than the 1st one;
I just opened @CapCut Video Studio, selected "full video", 16:9 ratio, and the shortest possible time. Attached pics for reference, and wrote a simple but comprehensive prompt. Then just fixed the settings on the next page a bit, and BOOM, the video was ready!
Back in January we worked with Kyan Health on their brand awareness video.
The metric I care about is Average View Duration which is 74%. Views tell you distribution worked. Watch time tells you the story worked.
The rule: time spent on the problem should never be less than time spent on the product. Most videos get this backwards. They open with what they built, and lose people in five seconds.
None of this is a motion design decision. It's a sequencing decision, made in a storyboard, weeks earlier.
