Multi-Scenario Business Automation System (Make.com)

I developed a large-scale Make.com automation system that handles multiple business operations from a centralized workflow structure. The setup routes incoming data into different automation paths based on the task type, allowing several processes to run simultaneously without manual monitoring.

The automation was built for businesses managing high volumes of repetitive operations such as lead handling, notifications, CRM updates, task assignments, and internal workflow coordination.

Instead of relying on disconnected tools and manual follow-ups, the system automatically processes actions, triggers the correct workflows, and keeps operations moving in real time. This helped reduce operational bottlenecks, improve response speed, and eliminate repetitive admin work across multiple business functions.
