I launched my first Framer template, Osei, on July 25th.
Here are the numbers so far (as of Aug 18):
827 views
535 previews
20 remixes
5 sales on Polar
1 sale directly in Framer
That’s 6 sales total in ~3 weeks.
Not a viral success story — but a start I’m proud of.
I’m planning to keep improving Osei (thinking of adding a Blog CMS soon) and also submit my first Framer component to the marketplace.
This is all an experiment in building digital products and finding sustainable income streams as a designer.
If you’re on the same journey, I’d love to hear how it’s going for you 🙌

@Ruxandra Nastase wow! good numbers. How do you market your templates?

@Abdulazeez Ishaq Thanks! Honestly I’m still figuring out the marketing side. So far I’ve been sharing more on X lately and also posting on Dribbble. It’s a learning process, but I’m experimenting as I go.

@Ruxandra Nastase All right, thanks!

@Ruxandra Nastase looks good Ruxandra! Framer is always changing their criteria to make templates show at the top/featured section. I also saw that some people(without a huge following) do heavy marketing on their own templates too

@Adriano Reis That makes sense — I’ve noticed how much visibility depends on timing and Framer’s own criteria. I’ll keep iterating, but also want to put more energy into promoting on my side too.
