EdBinder is a US job network that matches schools with bilingual teachers. The business runs on AI matching, and AI matching only works if teachers actually complete their profile. Most job platforms get this wrong: they ask for everything up front and people abandon halfway through.

I worked on the teacher side of the product. The profile had to collect a resume, a cover letter and the details a school really uses to decide, while feeling like building something of your own instead of filling out a form. Every field a teacher completes is a field the matching engine can use, so completion here isn’t a vanity metric, it’s the product working.

The goal was a profile a school can find and evaluate on its own, inside a pool of more than 3,000 bilingual educators.
