I built a custom Grocery Request Automation System using Make.com + Airtable.
What it does:
Receives Requests: Captures grocery items from any source automatically
Routes & Processes: Make.com workflow sorts items by category and routes them through the right process
Tracks Inventory: Airtable database with Item Name, Category, Quantity, Unit Price, Total, Vendor, and Stock Status
Generates Price List: Creates a final visual catalog with product images, vendors, and pricing for instant ordering
Result: Turns hours of manual list-making into minutes. Zero spreadsheets. Full visibility on costs, vendors, and what's in stock.
