Diagnosed and resolved a SolidWorks 2024 SP5 uninstall failure on a domain-joined engineering workstation. Root cause was manual program file deletion leaving orphaned MSI registry entries that blocked both Programs and Features and msiexec uninstall attempts. Resolved using Windows Installer Cleanup Tool to clear corrupt installer state, then successfully removed the remaining SolidWorks Installation Manager. Produced a formal KB article documenting the issue for future reference.

Modern SaaS Explainer Video for File Management Platform
This project focuses on creating a modern SaaS explainer video for a file management platform.
The goal was to simplify a complex system into a clear and engaging visual experience using clean UI animation and structured storytelling.
The challenge:
The product involves multiple layers — file control, security, access management, and automation. Presenting all of this in a short video required a balance between clarity and visual appeal.
The approach:
We focused on a minimal and UI-driven design language. Each scene was crafted to guide the viewer step by step — from problem to solution — using smooth transitions and consistent motion.

A clean, professional explainer video that communicates the product clearly while maintaining a modern SaaS aesthetic.

I built The Line Extension in FLORA — a Technique that takes 2 existing SKUs plus 1 unmet use-case and generates the missing product variant a line should launch next.
For this example, I used VANTA RESET, a premium hydration brand. Starting from HEAT RESET, FLIGHT RESET, and a red-eye / jet lag recovery moment, the Technique created the missing extension, then packaged it with a strategy brief, reveal video, and launch-ready social posts.
