Recently shipped a multi-role SaaS platform for coordinating scheduling between pharmaceutical reps and physician practices.
The focus wasn’t just UI — it was building reliable workflows:
structured request flows (no incomplete bookings)
lifecycle-driven dashboards (pending → confirmed → expired)
integrated scheduling via a self-hosted Cal.com setup
role-based access across reps, physicians, and admins
Also supported migration from a private Oracle-hosted environment to Vercel + Railway as the system moved toward launch.
