A canceled partnership session needs a change record before the delivery target changes.
In this kit's fictional library-and-workshop example, COM-001 promises four room sessions. Two have been delivered. At the October 6 review, the original October 30 due date remains and no quantity change has been approved.
If a session is later canceled, keep the original four-session commitment visible while the partners decide what happens next. Record:
• The commitment ID and original quantity or date
• The proposed change and both partners' confirmation references
• Who owns the agreed response and the next check date
Reducing the target early can make an unresolved shortfall disappear from the review.
These are actual working-page excerpts from the Community Partnership Commitments Kit. It includes an editable Word packet, an Excel tracker, printable PDFs, a fictional completed example and a Quick Start.
