A contact form can show a confirmation while the enquiry never reaches the inbox.
In the Website Launch QA Kit's fictional example, WEB-01 shows a confirmation but delivers no message in two controlled tests. The recorded first result is Fail.
Try this small test before a site launch:
Write both expected outcomes: one visible confirmation and one message in the approved test inbox, with the entered fields. Use fictional test data.
Record the case, browser/device, release version, date and evidence. Assign the failed delivery an issue reference and owner.
After the fix, repeat the same case. Preserve the first failure and add the dated retest result with fresh evidence. Check nearby behavior, such as required-field errors, as separate cases when needed.
Review every unresolved issue before deciding to launch. In the example, the contact-form retest passes, but a mobile-menu keyboard problem remains open and the owner records no-go pending resolution or an acceptable alternative.
The preview is an actual page from the included fictional example. The kit contains a five-page editable Word packet, matching print PDF, Excel tracker with 40 prepared rows, fictional example and Quick Start.
This is a manual QA organizer. It does not run tests, certify accessibility, scan for vulnerabilities or authorize a launch. A calculated pass rate is only one input to the release decision.
Headline: Dead silence from support while the Oct 12 deadline ticks away
How are creators supposed to enter the #invideocontrachallenge if we aren't being given the tools promised in the guidelines?
I applied for the Max plan upgrade days ago, submitted my workspace ID, and filled out the support forms. Zero response. Total ghosting.
You are dangling an $11K prize pool to get people to join the platform, but leaving participants locked out of the AI editing features needed to actually complete the brief. Time is running out before October 12.
Please unlock my workspace ID so I can actually do the work:
