Prime Estates – Luxury Real Estate Website
Prime Estates is a luxury real estate agency in Beverly Hills, Malibu, and Los Angeles. They needed a modern, elegant website to showcase premium listings and attract high-net-worth buyers.
I built a fully responsive site with an advanced property search (location, price, bedrooms, type), photo galleries, map view, and a "Schedule a Viewing" lead form. To keep the site fast despite large property photos, I used lazy loading, image compression, and a CDN. Real-time filtering was handled with AJAX for a smooth, app-like feel.
The result is a sleek dark navy and gold website that reflects the luxury brand. The client saw a 60% increase in property inquiries within the first month.
In addition to the stunning design and functionality, I ensured that the website is optimized for SEO, enhancing its visibility in search engines. This strategic approach not only attracts potential buyers but also establishes Prime Estates as a leader in the luxury real estate market.
Furthermore, I integrated social media sharing options, allowing users to easily share listings with their networks, further amplifying the reach of each property. The user experience was prioritized, with intuitive navigation and quick access to essential information, making it easy for clients to find their dream homes.
The feedback from both the client and users has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the website's aesthetic appeal and user-friendly features. This project not only met but exceeded the client's expectations, setting a new standard for luxury real estate websites.

I made my first video for $5 too 😃
I rebuilt the AB Park website from the ground up in Framer.
The goal wasn’t simply to give the website a new look. I wanted to create a cleaner, more structured and responsive experience that better represents AB Park and AB Hotel.
During the rebuild, I focused on:
— Improving the overall page structure and navigation
— Creating a smoother experience across Desktop, Tablet and Mobile
— Cleaning up duplicated sections and outdated content
— Fixing internal navigation and broken links
— Building a more consistent responsive system
— Adding localization with English, French and Arabic versions
— Keeping the visual identity while making the experience feel more modern and intentional
I chose Framer because it allowed me to move quickly from design to a real responsive website while keeping control over interactions, layouts and localization.
Rebuilding the project also gave me the opportunity to rethink the structure instead of simply modifying the old version.
The result: a cleaner, more consistent and scalable MVP for AB Park.
