I developed a dynamic, 3-page business intelligence solution in Power BI to streamline inventory tracking, risk assessment, and purchasing decisions for Black Bulls Auto.

Data Modelling & DAX: Formulated custom DAX measures—including Total Stock Amount, Average Repairs, Average Service Cost, and Average Mileage—and engineered custom calculated columns (Maintenance Risk, Price Range) to categorize complex data.
Interactive : Designed a user-friendly navigation panel with custom slicers (State, Brand/Model, Fuel Type, Transmission, Insurance Status) allowing users to filter nearly 10,000 vehicles instantly.
Targeted Reporting Architecture:
Executive Overview (Page 1): Delivers macro-level inventory tracking by year, brand distribution, body types, and pricing tiers.
Operations & Owner View (Page 2): Evaluates asset risk by correlating maintenance risk levels, repair history, previous accident counts, and service costs.
Customer & Buyer View (Page 3): Drives purchasing decisions by comparing average mileage across transmissions/fuel types and forecasting service costs by model.
