Business Dashboard & Data Analytics
Service title for Contra:
Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI Business Dashboard
Position this as “turn messy business data into a dashboard”, rather than simply “Excel work.”
What you sell:
Data cleaning
KPI calculation
Interactive dashboard
Sales/revenue analysis
Customer analysis
Inventory/operations tracking
Automated reporting
Excel, Google Sheets or Power BI
This is particularly compatible with your existing Excel portfolio. Contra currently shows sales, financial, operations and HR dashboards, Power BI consulting, Excel-based analysis and data visualization among services clients are hiring for.
Starter pricing:
😊
$50–100 basic → $150–300 standard → $400+ advanced.
How I would structure your Contra profile
Instead of having several unrelated services, make your profile tell one story:
Data Cleaning → Business Dashboards → AI Automation
That gives you a useful combination: you can attract clients who initially need a spreadsheet cleaned and then offer dashboard/automation work as the project expands.
For the “Share visuals from a recent project” screen in your screenshot, your first service should have a visual showing:
NEW LEAD → AI ANALYSIS → LEAD SCORE → PERSONALIZED EMAIL → CRM/GOOGLE SHEETS
and your second should show a polished Sales/KPI Dashboard.
The Contra marketplace currently has 50K+ teams represented on its hiring pages, and the examples above are actual service categories appearing there—not a guarantee of income or client volume.
I’d make AI Lead Qualification & Follow-Up Automation your new service #1 and Business Dashboard & Data Analytics service #2.

End-to-end automation of an auto glass business working with insurance companies. Insurer emails and documents are read automatically, the case is opened, the right glass is matched by VIN and compatibility, supplier stock and prices are compared, installation is booked, a payment link is issued and the client is kept informed at every step. People only make decisions. Live with real orders every day.
Reading insurer emails and documents automatically and matching glass by VIN really shrinks the manual data entry step. Issuing a payment link and booking installation keeps the process moving without extra clicks.
Project Title:
Adidas Sales Performance & Profitability Analysis (Capstone Project)
Overview:
A comprehensive interactive Excel analytics dashboard developed as a Capstone Project to analyze Adidas' overall sales revenue, unit distribution, regional performance, and profit margins. This dashboard transforms raw retail data into executive-ready visuals that highlight top-performing channels, regional growth opportunities, and product category trends.
I built an AI-powered lead qualification workflow in n8n that turns every form submission into a fast, personalised follow-up. An AI agent qualifies each lead as hot, warm, or cold. Hot leads get a custom email written by a second AI agent, and the owner is notified right away. Warm leads get a professional template email, and the owner is notified too. Cold leads get a friendly, low-pressure reply. Every lead is logged to Google Sheets for easy tracking.
Result: every lead gets an instant reply, and the business owner only spends time on the leads that matter.
Tools: n8n, AI agents, Gmail, Google Sheets.
The AI drafted email for hot leads cuts the response time to seconds. Having every lead auto logged to Google Sheets gives a tidy view for the owner.
