Calm the Fire: Quick Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook
Calm the Fire began as an idea and was transformed into a finished, published cookbook through a combination of my creative direction, research, writing, and AI-assisted production.
I used AI throughout the development process to help organize and refine the concept, research and develop content, edit and structure the manuscript, explore visual ideas, create publishing materials, and prepare the finished book for Amazon KDP.
From the original idea to the manuscript, cover direction, formatting, book description, keywords, and final publishing preparation, I managed the project from concept through completion.
This project demonstrates how I use AI as a creative and production partner—not as a replacement for human vision—to take an idea and turn it into a tangible product ready for the marketplace.
