Strategic Recovery: International Holding Branch
This 12-month recovery roadmap analyzed a local branch of an international holding facing a 20% EBT decline. The crisis was driven by margin compression in key commercial segments and an 11.9% currency devaluation affecting high-end product returns.
To address this, I engineered a custom Excel VBA multi-entity consolidation system featuring automated Overhead Allocation Logic for IT, HR, and Accounting. By applying Q1-Q2 Variance Analysis, the model simulated a path to recovery through admin payroll optimizations, restructured sales commission logic, and cost stabilization via WACC modeling.
The resulting forecast secured a 2.1 leverage ratio and protected a MMCLP 2,400 stakeholder dividend for the fiscal year, successfully navigating global volatility with technical precision.
