I had a client whose GHL called it "Monthly Marketing Package." Stripe called it something else. QuickBooks had a third name for the same transaction. Reconciling that took longer than it should have, not because the bookkeeping was hard, but because nobody agreed on what to call the service. This happens more than people think when GHL handles the invoicing and a separate processor handles the payment. Every system has its own naming logic, and none of them talk to each other unless you make them. The fix isn't complicated. Pick one name for each service. Use it in GHL, use it in your invoice descriptions, use it in your payment references. When everything matches, reconciliation in QuickBooks or Xero turns into a five-minute task instead of a guessing game. If you're running GHL automations for clients, this is worth building into the setup from day one. #GoHighLevel #Bookkeeping #QuickBooks #Xero
