Day 2 of sharing what I build š
Today's project: a Travel Review Sentiment Analyzer. You paste any hotel review ā it tells you instantly whether it's positive, negative, or neutral using NLP.
Why I built it? Because I wanted to understand what makes travelers happy or unhappy ā and data tells that story better than anything.

TimeMap ā Historical World Explorer
Short description:
TimeMap is an interactive historical world map explorer that lets you travel through time and space simultaneously. Select multiple cities and archaeological sites from different parts of the world and see what was happening at the exact same moment in history.
What I built:
An interactive web app where you can:
Search historical cities and archaeological sites
Compare up to 4 locations simultaneously across 5,000 years of history
Navigate through 7 historical eras via an interactive timeline
Filter by world region
Listen to era-appropriate ambient music
Explore a vintage cartographic map with wave ocean texture
How I used Google Stitch:
I started from a personal infographic I designed in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop about the Korean Peninsula. I extracted the visual DNA ā warm cream palette, coral accents, serif typography ā and brought it into Google Stitch to prototype the interface. Through multiple iterations in Stitch I designed the map layout, the side panel, the leader portrait, the timeline and the editorial aesthetic. Stitch was the bridge between my design vision and the final development in Claude Code.

Feedback on Stitch:
Stitch is genuinely powerful for rapid UI prototyping. Iterating visually with prompts saved enormous time. The design consistency across iterations was impressive. Areas for improvement: handling complex SVG elements like world maps was challenging, and version history navigation could be more intuitive.
Very cool, the maps look awesome.
The machine had seen invention, war, fame, and gravity.
Music was the first thing it did not understand.

there's something so hauntingly beautiful & poignant about incorporating the nirvana unplugged performance in this, definitely evocative of what power music holds & asks the viewer to really sit with the idea of art in all forms to think about preservation of humanity's true essence in the future. great stuff!

I leveraged Stitch to rapidly generate, refine, and prototype high-fidelity screens while maintaining a consistent design system across the entire experience. The platform made it easy to explore ideas, iterate quickly, and build a cohesive multi-page user journey.
Design Direction:
Dark immersive UI, electric blue accents, glassmorphic elements, modern typography, and premium visual storytelling designed for a 2026-ready digital presence.
