Happy to share one of my latest projects — Tappea. 🍽️
Tappea is a 360° hospitality management platform that brings POS, digital menus, ordering, payments, and team coordination into one ecosystem.
For this 90 seconds promotional video, the goal was to make a complex product feel simple, clear, and engaging through clean UI animation, refined motion design, and smooth transitions.
The hardest part of this project was working with a Spanish voiceover. Since I don’t speak Spanish, I used the English script as a reference to carefully match the Spanish narration with the visuals, timing, and scene transitions.
After a lot of timing adjustments, we got the voiceover and animation working seamlessly together — and the final result was approved by the client and helped support their marketing and lead-generation efforts.
I handled the full production, from creative direction and storyboarding to visual design, UI animation, motion graphics, editing, and sound.

I am gathering cool references for my own work as a Motion Designer.
It is hard to create videos solely based on text without falling into the monotonous and boring text animations we are all used to. So it takes something extra to make these types of videos as engaging as possible, and I think this example got it right!
I found it on LinkedIn, but I am not really sure what company created it, I just know that the ASCII look of the visuals and the use of gradients make it feel very techy and modern, and the soundtrack drives the motion very organically throughout. Definitely a keeper.

I actually want to do a follow up on the previous post before I sign off for the day! And that's answering the question... what are my other options for VO if I can't use the native audio generation for a video model like WAN/Seedance/etc!
Elevenlabs just came out with their v4 model which is VERY interesting and I think does some great work when it comes to providing VO for advertisements, professional briefs, or even audiobook production. I made another comparison video using ElevenLabs' built in video-generation-for-lipsync tool so it's not going to be AS EXPRESSIVE as seedream or another purpose-built video generation tool but it's still good to look at something while you're comparing.
The first take is fully v4 using emotional tags like [excited] or [conversational]. The second take is using v2 and my own recorded voice over using their voice-changing support (which is only available for v2 multi-language/english.
There's a use case for everyone, in my opinion the second take sounds a bit more natural, even though v4 is a solid all-rounder.
