Let’s be honest: A lot of what we call “professional” at work is just burnout in a suit.

Micromanagement. Glorifying overworking. 24/7 availability. Endless meetings. Hidden salaries. Candidate ghosting.

None of this equals high performance — it just drains people.

As we move toward 2026, it’s time to stop normalizing behaviors that don’t serve the future of work.

Better leadership starts with better standards.
