I explored a concept: “Travel Copilot AI” a conversational travel assistant. Instead of navigating filters and forms, users can simply say: • “Plan a 5-day Bali trip under $1200” • “Find me a quiet beach hotel for couples” • “Should I book this flight now or wait?” And get: • Personalized trip plans • Smart flight recommendations • AI-matched hotels • Real-time price insights • Editable itineraries But the real opportunity goes beyond booking. After-sales experience is broken in travel. Users struggle with: • Changing Flights • Understanding Policies • Finding Check-in & Check-out info With AI, support becomes: • “Change my flight to tomorrow” • “Do I get free baggage?” • “When is my hotel check-in?” No support tickets.
