Sometimes I test my Figma designs by converting them into Next.js first. I have a simple workflow that combines AI support with my own manual refinement and humanization.
Before starting full development in a CMS like Framer or Webflow, I usually build a quick Next.js version of the design to validate the layout, interactions, and overall direction against the client’s expectations. Once the client approves it, I move forward with the remaining development.
Of course, this adds some time upfront, but for me, client satisfaction and design accuracy matter the most. I’ve also created a few custom skill files that help analyze my Figma designs, extract design tokens, and speed up the build process. For a single page, including responsive development and animations, this workflow usually takes not more than 3 hours.
