we're currently building an ai-powered interview platform where candidates can be interviewed through an ai assistant using video, audio, and screen sharing.
instead of recruiters spending hours on repetitive first-round interviews, the system conducts structured interviews, records responses, generates transcripts, and helps evaluate candidates automatically.
we're also working on automating parts of the hiring workflow, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up processes.
one thing we've learned:
fully automating hiring isn't the goal.
the goal is removing repetitive work while keeping humans involved where judgment actually matters.
