AI Restaurant Automation Workflow
Developed an AI-powered restaurant automation system that manages customer calls, table bookings, food orders, and operational workflows through intelligent automation. The system processes customer interactions, confirms reservations and orders, and sends order details directly to the Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) system for faster and more efficient restaurant operations.
The platform also includes dedicated User, Staff, and Admin dashboards for managing orders, reservations, workflow monitoring, and operational control in real time. Because one dashboard was apparently too merciful for restaurant chaos.
