I built an AI SDR from the ground up.
Instead of building another chatbot, I wanted to build something closer to a real sales system.
The workflow takes a raw list of leads and moves them through:
→ Lead enrichment
→ ICP / qualification
→ Research
→ Personalized first-touch email
→ Human approval
→ Reply classification
→ Human escalation for high-intent replies
The important part: the AI doesn't get to blindly send emails.
I designed it with human-in-the-loop controls so automation handles the repetitive work while humans stay in control of important decisions.
Built with Python, LLM APIs, backend services, structured workflows, and API integrations.
This project pushed me to think beyond individual AI features and focus on how AI systems actually fit into a business workflow.
I'm now looking to build similar AI automation systems for businesses that have repetitive processes worth automating.
