Admin Panel: Coworking Space Management Dashboard
Project Overview & Use Context
Admin Panel is a full-stack web platform built to manage the operational and administrative side of a coworking space business — likely serving as the backend control center for the SpaceGate ecosystem. It centralizes room management, reservations, opening/closing hours, commission tracking, and user administration into a single dashboard for admins and managers.
Development Approach & Architecture
For a lightweight, fast, and easy-to-maintain solution, I built the frontend using plain HTML/CSS, focused on clarity and functionality over heavy frameworks — ideal for an internal admin tool. The backend runs on FastAPI, providing a high-performance REST API that handles all business logic: room availability, reservation workflows, commission calculations, and access control between admins and managers.

What feature would you add to make this dashboard even more effective?
Outstanding work
For the Base44 Give It A Glow Challenge, I wanted to explore what happens when a local café experience is designed as an interconnected digital ecosystem rather than just a restaurant website.
Dunes Cafe combines customer ordering, event booking, AI-assisted support, and business analytics into a single experience built entirely in Base44.
The customer-facing platform includes menu browsing, food ordering, table reservations, event enquiries, location services, and an AI assistant capable of handling common questions and guiding visitors through the ordering process.
Behind the scenes, every booking and order feeds directly into an owner dashboard designed for day-to-day operations. The dashboard provides booking calendars, order logs, AI-generated customer feedback summaries, and weekly business metrics that help transform activity into actionable insights.
The WhatsApp workflow includes:
• Pre-filled greeting messages to reduce friction and start conversations instantly. • Automated routing based on customer intent such as Food Orders, Live Events, Party Bookings, or General Enquiries. • Queue management using first-come-first-served logic for event and booking requests. • Context-aware responses that reduce repetitive owner interactions for common questions. • Automatic capture of customer requests and booking information into the operational database.
The automation layer ensures that customer interactions do not disappear into chat history. Every enquiry, order, and booking becomes structured operational data that feeds directly into the owner dashboard.
This creates a continuous information loop:
Customer Message → Intent Detection → Automated Routing → Order or Booking Creation → Owner Dashboard Analytics
Rather than functioning purely as customer support, WhatsApp becomes a transaction channel, a booking assistant, and a data collection layer for business intelligence.
For many small businesses, conversational commerce is already happening informally through messaging applications. Dunes Cafe explores what happens when those conversations become structured workflows powered by AI and automation.
