Spoke & Sparrow - Peckham, London. Jo is a one-mechanic bike repairer; vague DMs create repeated questions and no-shows, while evening drop-offs make coordination harder. This Lovable build turns an inquiry into a confirmed booking: riders choose a repair, describe symptoms and select an evening slot; Jo gets a preparation-ready day sheet. The public demo stores bookings in this browser only and sends no real messages or payments. Live demo:

RIDE / WELL : Bike repair, without the guesswork. ⚙️
I created RIDE / WELL, an independent bike workshop in Münster, Germany, designed to turn a vague repair inquiry into a confirmed booking without the usual back-and-forth, phone calls, or the old-school approach of simply showing up and hoping the workshop has time.
Customers choose their bike, show or describe what’s happening, and RIDE / WELL matches them with the appropriate service, repair time, and location. Suitable jobs can be booked as mobile repairs, while more complex work is automatically routed to the workshop.
The result: customers can book with confidence, while the workshop gets all the key details upfront, including the bike type, issue, recommended service, estimated time, and service location.
I’ve added a short process walkthrough and a few additional screenshots in the comments below.

I built 'PingBase' for Studio 9 Hair, a busy salon in Shoreditch, London.:
Like many appointment-based businesses that showcase their work on social media, Studio Nine’s bookings rarely start on a booking page. They start in the places customers already talk to them... Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger.
PingBase is an AI booking agent that lives inside those chat platforms and conversations. It can answer customer questions, understand booking intent, check Studio Nine’s real availability, book appointments, reschedule or cancel them, update the calendar, collect deposits, send reminders and follow up automatically.
When something genuinely needs human judgement, PingBase hands the conversation over to the team with the relevant context already attached.
Studio Nine has a few operational quirks that make booking more complicated than simply asking whether 2 pm is free:
1. A large share of enquiries arrive through Instagram DMs and WhatsApp rather than the website.
2. Stylists are usually with customers, so replying to messages interrupts the work they are already doing.
3. Slow responses usually mean losing a potential booking entirely. And since customers dont go to their website by default, they need to respond to any messages quickly
4. First-time customers often want to ask questions before they are ready to book. And customers wouldn't usually just click a link to book at first contact
5. Many questions are repetitive, while customers rarely want to stop and hunt through an FAQ page for answers.
6. Customers often ask to reschedule by sending messages through social messaging channels where they originally booked.
Missed reminders contribute to no-shows.
PingBase removes much of that manual back-and-forth by turning the conversation the customer is already having into the booking itself.
I built PingBase around Studio Nine’s workflow, but the system is configurable for other appointment-based businesses with their own services, staff, schedules, pricing, booking rules and customer channels.

Hi there!
For my #lovablechallenge submission, I built Spoke & Hub, an intelligent dispatch and booking system for a mobile bike repair crew in Portland, Oregon.
Why I built it:
Standard calendar apps fail mobile service businesses. Owners spend hours playing text-message ping-pong just to figure out what tools to bring ("What exactly is wrong with the bike?"), and they waste unpaid hours driving erratically across the city, because standard tools don't group appointments by location.
What I built:
I designed an end-to-end application that eliminates the manual busywork of triaging and routing:
Visual Triage Front-Door: Customers must select their specific mechanical issue (e.g., brakes, gears, flat) during the booking flow, ensuring the mechanic always packs the exact right parts before leaving the shop.
Geographic Routing: The app requests a zip code upfront and enforces strict routing logic. It only displays availability for the exact days the van is already scheduled to be on that side of the river, eliminating cross-town driving.
Live Repair Tracking: Customers get a real-time status tracker (from "Confirmed" to "On the stand" to "Done") so they never have to text the owner asking for updates.
Zero-Touch Owner Dashboard: The backend turns messy inbound inquiries into perfectly optimized, pre-diagnosed daily route cards.
Instead of just fixing the calendar, I fixed the operational workflow. Spoke & Hub turns a customer's broken bike into a confirmed, profitable route with zero manual effort from the team.
