A little scary for our credit report → In order for an AI agent to be effective as a personal assistant, it needs to have access to your email, credit card numbers, text messages, computer files, etc. If it were to be hacked, a lot could go wrong, and unfortunately, there’s no way to fully secure these agents against prompt-injection attacks.

I built an autonomous AI Sales Agent for Gmail that manages the end-to-end communication lifecycle. The system uses custom triggers to classify and label incoming leads, generating context-aware drafts or direct replies within existing threads. Most notably, I engineered a real-time feedback loop where the AI updates its own knowledge base with every sent email, ensuring its internal logic and product knowledge evolve instantly with every client interaction.
