I built a working prototype for Voya a travel savings and trip planning app built around one idea: travel keeps getting postponed because it has no due date. Voya gives it one.
I used a custom design system called Tuscan Archive inspired by a 1974 Florentine travel journal as the foundation for everything. Warm linen surfaces, iron-gall ink typography, Florentine terracotta as the only accent.
The prototype covers the complete user journey from first landing to confirmed booking in 10+ screens:
• Landing Page· Sign Up / Sign In · OTP Verification
• Onboarding - 6 preference screens covering landscapes, weather, flight class, food, travel companions, and accommodation
• Home Screen - savings fund, live fare drops, currency advantages, hotel pricing trends, and AI-generated destination recommendations based on current savings
• City Discovery - swipe-to-like interface where users build their personal destination shortlist
• Hotel Preferences - full-screen scroll-snap accommodation selection with real photography
• Trip Packages - three curated packages built from the user's preferences: The Cultural Pulse, The Curated Balance, The Grand Archive
• Immersive Trip Plan - flight arc animation, city-by-city itinerary, hotel check-in moments, day-by-day experiences
• Booking Confirmation - traveller count, savings deduction, and a cinematic success screen
What I enjoyed most about this process was the balance between AI-generated screens and manually directing, refining, and shaping every interaction. I wrote every prompt as a story about what the user should feel — not a layout specification but an emotional brief. The result felt intentional rather than generated.
By the end it did not feel like something AI made for me. It felt like something I designed - with a very capable collaborator handling the execution while I focused on the thinking.

How I Used Google Stitch
I started by creating a mood board to define how I wanted the website to feel the colors, hero direction, sticker style, typography, food visuals, and overall brand energy.
Then I brought that direction into Google Stitch and built the website step by step, from the hero section to the manifesto, bowls, sauce section, and footer. I kept iterating inside Stitch, using prompts and edits to refine the layout, copy, visual consistency, and interactions.
One of the most useful parts was being able to make changes without starting the whole page again. Once I understood the workflow, Stitch made it much faster to keep the design consistent.

My Experience Using Stitch
At first, I was a little confused because it was my first time using Stitch, but I found my way around pretty quickly.
Once I understood how to work with it, the process became much smoother. I really liked how I could keep the design consistent and ask the AI to make edits instead of regenerating everything from scratch.
Overall, Stitch felt fast, flexible, and useful for turning a clear creative vision. If you already know the feeling or direction you want, it becomes much easier to iterate and build quickly.
This is really nice, especially the way you built a full brand world around food + culture + motion. Feels very cohesive.

I used Google Stitch to rapidly transform the product vision, user flows, design direction, color palette, and reference images into a complete multi-screen app concept, making it easy to visualize and refine the experience quickly.

Project Title:
TimeMap — Historical World Explorer
Short description:
TimeMap is an interactive historical world map explorer that lets you travel through time and space simultaneously. Select multiple cities and archaeological sites from different parts of the world and see what was happening at the exact same moment in history.
What I built:
An interactive web app where you can:
Search historical cities and archaeological sites
Compare up to 4 locations simultaneously across 5,000 years of history
Navigate through 7 historical eras via an interactive timeline
Filter by world region
Listen to era-appropriate ambient music
Explore a vintage cartographic map with wave ocean texture
How I used Google Stitch:
I started from a personal infographic I designed in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop about the Korean Peninsula. I extracted the visual DNA — warm cream palette, coral accents, serif typography — and brought it into Google Stitch to prototype the interface. Through multiple iterations in Stitch I designed the map layout, the side panel, the leader portrait, the timeline and the editorial aesthetic. Stitch was the bridge between my design vision and the final development in Claude Code.

Feedback on Stitch:
Stitch is genuinely powerful for rapid UI prototyping. Iterating visually with prompts saved enormous time. The design consistency across iterations was impressive. Areas for improvement: handling complex SVG elements like world maps was challenging, and version history navigation could be more intuitive.
