Streamlining doggy daycare operations, one check-in at a time.
I built a dashboard that reduces friction at the busiest moment of a staff's day: morning drop-off.
The Problem: Staff juggle client records, dog profiles, and check-ins across multiple systems while pet parents wait.
The Solution:
Flow 1: Individual Check-In Surfaces client + dog data exactly when needed. Eliminates data entry errors.
Flow 2: Bulk Check-In Check in multiple pre-scheduled dogs with one action. Built for high-volume mornings.
Also includes: movable widgets on dashboard, calendar bookings preview, separated client/dog modules, and reporting for business intelligence.
