I built a Telegram-based sales automation system for managing clients, campaigns, leads, and manager workflows. The Python backend includes role-based access, PostgreSQL storage, Excel imports, CRM integration, sales attribution, analytics, duplicate protection, and auditable lead status transitions. I also implemented Docker deployment, automated tests, safety controls, and structured operational monitoring.
