Project Manager & Social Media Director — Thrive Rx

During my time at Thrive Rx, I worked across project management, social media strategy, and content direction, helping coordinate key initiatives while developing and managing the brand’s digital presence. My role combined strategic planning, creative leadership, and day-to-day project execution, requiring me to manage multiple priorities while keeping teams, timelines, and deliverables aligned.

As Project Manager, I coordinated projects from initial planning through to execution, establishing priorities, managing workflows and deadlines, communicating with team members and stakeholders, and ensuring projects progressed efficiently. I helped create structure around ongoing initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and keep deliverables moving toward completion.

As Social Media Director, I oversaw the brand’s social media strategy and content direction, including content planning, campaign development, creative concepts, messaging, and platform-specific execution. I worked to ensure content remained consistent with the brand’s identity while being engaging, relevant, and tailored to its target audience.

The position allowed me to combine strong organisational and leadership skills with creativity and digital marketing, strengthening my experience in managing cross-functional projects, directing content strategy, coordinating teams, and building a cohesive brand presence across social media.
