Memento Residences — High-End Architectural Real Estate Concept
Overview:
A bespoke, multi-page frontend architecture concept engineered for a luxury architectural real estate brand. Built with an editorial mindset to demonstrate advanced React capabilities paired with minimalist spatial design.
The Challenge:
Demonstrating that high-performance code and uncompromising editorial aesthetics (dark mode, high-contrast serif typography, generous whitespace) can be achieved without relying on heavy, fragile visual page builders.
Key Technical Implementation:
Modular React Architecture: Clean, component-driven codebase built from scratch using React, Tailwind CSS, and Vite for optimal rendering performance.
Client-Side Multi-Page Routing: Fully functioning routing system handling dynamic views (/properties, /properties/:id, /about, /contact) with smooth state management.
Interactive Property Filtering: Client-side filtering and search engine built on static datasets for instant, seamless state updates.
Immersive UI Components: Responsive image gallery featuring a custom full-screen modal lightbox and localized form validation states.
Tech Stack:

I like the colors of Option 2 but its kinda giving a very 'flyer' feeling
Kairos - 3D animated, Interactive and responsive website made for a hotel/Resort.
Labeling the actual materials — travertine, bronze louvers, low-E glass — right on the render instead of a mood caption is what makes this feel like an architecture presentation rather than a hotel brochure. It's a bet that guests care about specificity, not just atmosphere.
