The more candidates I interview, the more I realize that a great resume doesn't always guarantee a great employee.
Over the past few weeks, I've spoken with professionals from different countries, backgrounds, and experience levels. Some had years of experience but lacked commitment. Others had limited experience but showed genuine willingness to learn and grow.
It reminded me that recruitment isn't just about filling positions.
It's about finding people who align with the company's values, communicate well, and are willing to show up consistently.
Every interview teaches me something new—not just about candidates, but also about becoming a better HR professional.
I'm still learning every day, and that's one of the things I enjoy most about this journey.
