Recently partnered with Sai Sanjivani Criticare Hospital to develop a patient-centric digital platform.

When building for healthcare, the interface needs to be clean, intentional, and immediately useful during emergencies. My focus was on creating an effortless user experience. Here are a few ways I approached the technical challenges:

Responsive Layout Fixes:

Solved a tricky layout conflict in which the fixed mobile navigation overlapped the full-screen hero video. I used precise SCSS calculations to offset the document structure, ensuring everything scales perfectly on smaller screens without cutting off vital information.

Quiet, Clean UI:

Built a custom header featuring a dynamic glassmorphism effect. It transitions smoothly on scroll and hover, which keeps the interface feeling modern, trustworthy, and completely uncluttered.

Frictionless Patient Intake:

I integrated a direct WhatsApp appointment system. Patients can book easily, and the staff receives inquiries instantly on their phones for faster response times.

Localized & Patient-Focused Experience:

Included Marathi on the homepage for local accessibility, highlighted key emergency services, optimized the website for local SEO, and designed the UI with inspiration from the hospital's architectural identity.

Adding Marathi and a direct WhatsApp booking path feels more important here than the visual polish. I’d test the mobile page by asking someone to book in under 30 seconds, since that is the real emergency use case.
