The project included custom field mapping, lead capture synchronization, CRM setup, pipeline management, consultation booking, and automated workflows. Automations were built for quiz completion, personalized report delivery, lead recovery, follow-up sequences, appointment confirmations, reminders, and no-show management, ensuring every lead was captured, nurtured, and moved through the customer journey automatically.
