Draw whatever you want set a timer if you feel like challenging yourself and color it in.
Fill tool actually works properly colors stay inside the lines, add gradients and see how fast you can finish without frustration.
It's kinda addicting trying to beat your own times. But you don't have to use the timer at all sometimes I just draw for the sake of it.

I like that it has a timer. Seems more intentional and habitual therefore more likely to work then just having it as an option whenever I feel like drawing which probably won't be that often.
