MedPath — UX Research
Conducted UX research with 13 university students to identify key pain points, needs, and priorities around managing academic information.
The research combined survey responses and quantitative analysis to uncover recurring issues related to login, academic tracking, information access, and student productivity.
I translated the findings into actionable UX insights that directly informed MedPath’s product structure, navigation, dashboard, and core user flows.
