Today I got my final paycheck as a Design Lead — and I find myself in a place we all know very well: 𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘆. Uncertainty is not a phase you get through. It's the 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of a career. No matter how high in the ranks you are and no matter how well you perform — sometimes, those things don't matter. So what do you do? You invest in yourself from day 1.
