Entering "Management Max" - it was built for two real independent product businesses, tested on their actual operations, and designed so other small product studios can use the same system.
@Dharmesh Kheni and I have built this beast up for our own businesses, and now parts of the functionalities are being live for everyone to use as Orange Nuts
Our work was scattered across Figma, Google Drive, Firebase, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, social platforms and multiple AI tools. There was no single place where we could immediately see: which products were active, what had already been completed, which assets were still missing, whether an app was ready to launch, which store listings or social campaigns needed attention, who was responsible for the next step, we built Management Max in Base44 to solve this real operational problem inside our own businesses.
Management Max is an intelligent product-management workspace that brings apps, websites, campaigns, brand assets, tasks and launch requirements into one central system. It helps us manage approximately 48 real projects while giving us a clear view of what is complete, what is missing and what needs attention next.
The transformation
Before Management Max, we manually searched through folders, dashboards, conversations and spreadsheets to understand the status of each product. Missing screenshots, descriptions, website sections, launch banners or social assets could easily be overlooked.
After Management Max, every product has a structured workspace containing its status, assets, branding, launch requirements, content and next actions. Instead of checking multiple platforms, we can understand the health of the entire portfolio from one dashboard.
The automation
Management Max does more than store information. When a product is added or updated, the platform can analyze its type and status, identify missing launch requirements and generate the next actions needed to move it forward. For example, it can detect that an app is missing store screenshots, promotional content or an updated website banner, then create the necessary tasks and include them in an operational summary.
This automation helps us: reduce repetitive project checks, find missing work before launch, maintain consistent branding, coordinate work between two businesses, organize public-facing assets, launch products more efficiently, spend more time creating and less time managing, built for our businesses, useful for other builders.
Management Max started as a solution for our own real businesses, but the same problem affects freelancers, independent developers, small agencies and product studios everywhere.
