Before the system, processes existed only in people's heads. No standards, no documentation, no performance measurement, no mechanism to learn from errors. Every worker did things differently. Clients received inconsistent results. The company was exposed to regulatory non-compliance and quality failures with no visibility into root causes.
The system covered process characterization and standardization, full document control, KPIs per process, competency mapping, supplier evaluation, client satisfaction measurement, continuous improvement cycles, and regulatory compliance tracking.
Results: reduction in non-conformities, improved product consistency, better client satisfaction and retention, revenue growth, improved margins, more competent and engaged workforce, and a significantly deeper organizational understanding of the business.

An ecommerce business that wanted to stop losing time on repetitive Shopify operations and create a more connected, scalable workflow across its tools.

The goal was to automate customer communication, synchronize data between platforms, and reduce manual coordination across marketing and operational processes.

We built a custom Shopify automation ecosystem in Make, connecting Shopify with Virtuagym, Mailchimp, Claude, GPT, and MemberSpot. The system automated cross-platform data exchange, notifications, customer-related workflows, and operational logic - turning disconnected tools into one streamlined environment.

The client got more than just a few automations. They received a connected Shopify workflow that reduced manual work, improved data consistency, and made customer communication and internal operations smoother and easier to scale.

Dataset: Synthetic B2B SaaS, 2,000 accounts / 2.2M rows, benchmarked against ProfitWell/OpenView
What I did:
MRR waterfall analysis, churn segmentation by plan/industry/channel
Usage decay / silent churn risk modeling
Logistic regression churn predictor: 98% recall, 70% precision, 0.82 F1
Built executive Looker Studio dashboard + Streamlit churn predictor
Outcome: $411K silent MRR at risk identified, CS-ready prioritized account list
