A free prompt for anyone tuning a support chatbot. Paste a batch of real conversations and it checks each one for five problems: a guessed fact, price or policy, a question it ignored, a loop, a promise it shouldn't make, and an upset customer who never got a person. It quotes every problem with the chat number, removes names, emails, phone numbers and order numbers from the quotes, lists the clean chats, flags anything urgent, and ends with the single prompt change that would prevent the most common problem.
