It's been 3 years since I started UI Flip and its website was the first one I built in Framer.
It was far from great and an overhaul was way overdue.
I started a new version from scratch earlier this year and it has been on-hold for months, as I wanted to polish it just a little bit more, but this morning I said "f*ck it, just ship it" and hit that "publish" button 🚀
"You shipped without a designer, now you're losing growth" is a sharp hook for your own audience. The months on hold for polish probably mattered less than you think, most visitors won't catch what you were still tweaking.
The before-and-after makes the polish jump really clear, especially the tighter type hierarchy and the way the case-study sections breathe. The motion walkthrough is a nice touch for showing the system in use.
Premium look !
3 years in the making and you just shipped it on a 'f*ck it' morning. That's kind of the only way it ever happens. The new site looks clean.
3 years of UI Flip evolution! The overhaul looks incredibly sleek, Ivo—that dark aesthetic paired with the Soda.io showcase card is pure perfection. Loving the Framer + Claude workflow combo! 🚀

The headline names what shipping without design costs you later, not the craft itself. That's the rarer framing, and the one that survives a procurement conversation.
Amazing work
months on hold then just shipping it, i know that feeling
Nice work
Nice one.
You shipped without a designer, now you're losing growth is a brutal little hook, it names the pain before the pitch. Rebuilding your own site is the hardest client to please, so real respect for actually shipping it. Reads sharp.
Great layout!
the "just ship it" part, felt that
