For this project, I designed an energetic, modern website for Lumina, an event planning and organizing company. The goal was to create a vibrant, emotion-driven experience that captures the excitement of events while clearly communicating the brand's expertise and reliability.
Key design elements include a bold hero section with the headline "We Are Your Premier Events Organizer," paired with dynamic, candid event photography and overlapping image cards that bring authenticity and energy to the page, a trust-building stats section showcasing events completed, active users reached, partnerships, and awards won, an "About Us" section highlighting the team's passion and dedication to crafting memorable experiences, an "Our Sponsors" section using a bold gradient background to showcase brand partnerships and credibility, a services overview covering event planning, venue selection, and other core offerings, an upcoming events showcase featuring real event types like birthday celebrations and weddings, complete with "Buy Ticket" calls-to-action, a comprehensive testimonials section with multiple client reviews to build strong social proof, a "Latest Blog & Articles" section positioning the brand as an industry thought leader, and a newsletter signup paired with a contact section and embedded map for easy accessibility.
The design uses a bold purple-to-pink gradient palette to convey energy, celebration, and creativity, with a fully responsive layout across desktop and mobile.

I'm so excited to share my final submission to the #ConfigMakeathon !!
The prompt was to create something that improves your life, community or world.
As an early career designer heading to Config next week, what I needed to improve was my networking anxiety 😅
So I built PUNCH IT! A digital business card that rewards networking.
When someone opens it, they get your contact info, portfolio, and LinkedIn.
Then they stamp it...anonymously, or with their own info for a future coffee chat.
Every stamp represents a real person you connected with.
If you want to be competitive, you can also collect cards from other people and add them to your collection (which is ranked based on number of punches 🫢)
The best part is that the app itself is the icebreaker. Asking someone to punch your card is a reason to talk.
It reframes networking from something you have to survive into something that actually feels like progress.
I started with sketches, built it out in Figma Make with a Supabase backend, and went through 126 versions before landing on the final version.
